Social Media Assistant (Storytelling Focus)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and energetic social media assistant who is enthusiastic about telling stories to help expand our presence in Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Influence on Instagram and YouTube. This position will involve creating engaging social media stories, proposing novel video ideas, writing video scripts, writing captivating articles, and supporting our channel manager in managing and optimizing content. If you enjoy delving into the world of social media, are skilled at storytelling, and are excited about free diving, we would love to hear from you!
Main responsibilities:
● Xiaohongshu, Instagram Storytelling: Develop creative and engaging Xiaohongshu, Instagram stories that combine opinion polls, questions, and other interactive features to increase and engage our audience.
●Tiktok, YouTube content creation: brainstorm and develop video creativity and script for our YouTube channel to attract free divers and non free divers, focusing on story telling and participation.
● Channel support: assist Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube channel managers in content management and optimization to ensure consistency and timely posting. You will also interact with our audience through these platforms, reply to comments and questions.
● Creative writing and interviews: Write engaging articles and news updates for the Miaodiving website, telling stories that resonate with our community. You will also interview athletes and other members of the free diving community to explore unique perspectives and stories to share.
● Trend monitoring: Keep up with social media trends at all times, adjust strategies to ensure Miaodiving remains relevant and innovative on all platforms.
● Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to keep our information consistent and innovative across all platforms.
What will you bring:
● Have a solid understanding of social media, and have experience in Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube.
● Having a creative and adaptable way of thinking, able to easily navigate and respond to trends.
● Proven storytelling ability, from small red book Instagram stories to Tiktok, YouTube videos and blog posts.
● Strong communication and writing skills.
● Capable of working independently while collaborating with global teams.
