Online Returns

Thank you for shopping at Miaodiving.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise purchased from Miaodiving .com within 21 days of receipt. You may return eligible merchandise by mail to the original form of payment for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn and accompanied by the original ticket and/or tags and receipt. All sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. To return a product, the original plastic packaging must be intact. If the item is not in the original packaging, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

Per our return policy, we do not provide return labels for non-quality returns

You will receive a full refund to your credit card within 7-14 days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Process

Initiate a return request: Please visit our website to find your order and navigate to the “Returns” section. Make sure to provide all necessary details including your order number and reason for return.

Provide Return Tracking Number: After shipment, please provide us with the return tracking number. This will enable us to track the return and expedite your return processing.

Return Approval: Once we receive the return tracking number, we will review your return request and approve it accordingly.

Returns: Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during shipping. Please ensure that the packaging and labels are intact and place a note with the order number inside the package

Refund/Exchange: If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you want to change to a different size or color, you can return the order and purchase a new one.
