Domestic transportation (China):
- Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders within China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). This free shipping option ensures that your items will be delivered without any additional costs. Free shipping may not be available during certain promotional or discount periods.
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 2-7 business days. Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary depending on order processing and the distance between your shipping address and our fulfillment center.
International Shipping:
- International Shipping Rates: We offer a variety of shipping options with associated rates. These rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders:
- Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. - Lost Packages: Miaodiving is not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered by our carriers. We are unable to refund or replace lost packages.
Cancel:
- We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order on Miaodiving.com. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note the following:
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so through our email support before the item is shipped. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, usually within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order. In this case, we recommend that you refer to our Returns/Exchanges Policy (if applicable) once you have received your order.
