Guarantee

  If you believe that your Miaodiving product is defective, you can call or email us to apply for a warranty return. Please ensure that the product meets the following standards:

  • This was purchased within the past 2 years (durable goods).
  • It was purchased directly from Miaodiving or authorized dealers.
  • The damage seems to be caused by material defects or process errors. (Not caused by normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from abuse, negligence, impact, or reaction to heat, solvents, or irritating cleaning agents.)
  • You have the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase for the defective product.

  If your product meets these standards, please take the product to the store where you purchased it or call to request a return authorization (RA) number. When you contact us, please let us know the product you want to return and explain the issue with the product.

  After receiving the confirmation email, please pack your product, a copy of the original purchase receipt, and a piece of paper with your RA # and a brief explanation of the issue written on it. If the defect is difficult to find, please mark it clearly with a masking tape. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of the shipping box and send it to us.

  Once we receive your product, we will be able to determine if it meets the conditions for warranty repair or replacement, and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps.

Limited Warranty

  Beijing miaodiving Co., Ltd guarantees that all products sold by Miaoding will be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product. If Miaodiving discovers a defect in the product, Miaodiving shall be solely responsible for repairing or replacing the defective product at its own discretion. Miaodiving shall not be liable for any expenses, losses or damages arising from the loss or use of the product.

  In addition to the limitations imposed by applicable laws and regulations, this guarantee is also subject to the following restrictions.

  • This warranty is only applicable to Miaodiving products purchased from authorized Miaodiving fin dealers and is only valid for the original purchaser.
  • All products returned to Miaodiving for warranty inspection must obtain return authorization in advance, which can be provided by phone. The product should be shipped by freight and insured. Miaodiving assumes no responsibility for products shipped from customers to our warranty department. The shipping fee is non refundable.
  • The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
    1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
    2. Damage caused by incorrect installation or adjustment.
    3. Normal wear and tear.
    4. Damage caused by any reason other than material or process defects.
    5. Due to the use of solvents, adhesives, or LOC-TITE ® The damage caused.
    6. Damage caused by installation using non Miaodiving hardware.
    7. Damage to Miaodiving products caused by non Miaodiving products.
    8. Any and all indirect or consequential damages claims
  • If any modifications, changes or alterations are made to the product without prior written authorization from Miaodiving, all warranties under this warranty shall be void.
  • The repaired or replaced product only enjoys the remaining period of the original warranty.
  • The repair of goods depends on the supply of parts. We will try our best to match the color and style, but we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the original.
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized Miaodiving dealer. Invoices or receipts for fees must clearly indicate the distributor.
  • Miaodiving products do not include any verbal warranties. Rock damage and any other impact related damage are not covered by this warranty.
